Wedding Card Maker is a digital service, delivered the moment you pay. We would rather you never needed a refund — which is why building and previewing your whole invitation is free — but if something has gone wrong, here is where you stand.
You can design a complete invitation, choose a theme, add your events and photos, and preview exactly how it will look — without paying anything. Paid plans unlock higher limits, extra features, and removal of the Wedding Card Maker credit.
Please use the free preview to check the theme, the layout and the wording on your own phone before buying. It is the best way to be sure the plan is right for you.
We will refund your purchase in full if you ask within 7 days of payment and you have not yet published the invitation you bought the plan for.
We will also refund, whenever you ask, if:
Outside those cases we will still look at what happened. Tell us the circumstances and we will be fair about it.
Email support@example.com from the address on your account, with:
We acknowledge every request within 2 working days and decide within 7 working days. If we say no, we will tell you why.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — we cannot send them anywhere else. We initiate the refund with Stripe or Razorpay within 3 working days of approving it.
After that it is up to your bank or card issuer: usually 5 to 10 working days, and sometimes longer for international cards. UPI refunds in India are typically faster. If it has been more than 14 working days since we told you the refund was sent, write to support@example.com with the reference and we will chase it.
If you think a charge is wrong, please come to us first — it is far quicker than a chargeback, which can take months and may suspend your account's paid features while the dispute runs. If you do raise one, we will respond to your bank with our records.
This policy sits alongside your rights under consumer law and does not replace them. If you are a consumer in India, the EEA, the UK or a US state, nothing here takes away a right your local law gives you.
