Less chasing. More celebrating.
A thoughtful RSVP checklist to help guests reply and help you plan with confidence.

RSVPs connect your invitation to the practical work of planning. A clear request helps guests respond, while a short form gives you information you can actually use. Begin with the decisions your replies need to support.
Ask only what you will use
Attendance is the starting point. Add meal preferences, dietary requirements, or transport questions only when they affect arrangements you are making. Avoid asking guests to repeat information you already have. A short, purposeful form is easier to complete on a phone.
- Confirm attendance for each relevant event
- Clarify the invited party and any plus-one allowance
- Ask about dietary requirements where meals are provided
- Include a contact route for questions or changed plans
Work backwards from your suppliers
Ask your venue and caterer when they need final numbers. Set your guest deadline early enough to review replies and follow up, while allowing for the time your guests need to organise travel. There is no single deadline that fits every wedding.
Follow up personally
A friendly reminder can include the invitation link, the reply date, and an offer to help. If someone is having trouble with the form, accept a reply by phone or message and record it yourself. After collecting responses, check names, party sizes, and event attendance before sharing final counts.
